Notes:

1. Members are not allowed to use the Ball Machine until a waiver is signed.  No prompt when booking!
2. Members must see the pro for training before they can make use of the Ball Machine.
3. Member must contact the pro and make arrangements for demo.
4. Fee of $15 must be paid PRIOR to court time through Jegysoft.
